Laura - CEO
Laura leads the charity as Chief Executive Officer, reports to the Board of Trustees and has been part of Riverbank since its earliest days having served variously as Trustee, volunteer and a member of the staff team supporting Mums and building relationships with churches in the community. Laura’s background is in psychology and counselling, and she was an Education Welfare Officer for the Local Authority working in Richmond primary and secondary schools. Laura’s experience includes supporting women and families who have faced physical, emotional, sexual, and spiritual abuse.

Reni - Operations Manager
Reni manages Riverbank’s operations, coordinating both internally as well as with Riverbank Mums and various external partners. Reni’s background is in HR, finance and general administration, and she has worked in the IT industry in the USA and India.

Anke - Community Outreach Manager
Anke works one to one with single Mums and does in-school work one to one with vulnerable children with social / emotional and behavioural needs. She also coordinates programmes and parenting initiatives. Anke has worked in a number of schools in London having obtained her primary school teaching degree whilst in South Africa. In Christian ministry Anke has led work as head of children’s ministry.

Sue - Community Outreach Worker
Sue works one to one with single Mums and does in-school work one to one with vulnerable children with social / emotional and behavioural needs. She also leads a group for parents of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Sue has a background in youth and children’s work.

Rachel - Community Outreach Worker
Rachel works one to one with single Mums and does in-school work one to one with vulnerable children with social / emotional and behavioural needs. Rachel’s career has covered paediatric nursing and she has experience working with adults, children and families from a variety of backgrounds. Rachel holds a NVQ 3 in early years childcare and education.

Catherine - Community Outreach Worker
Catherine works one to one with single Mums and does in-school work one to one with vulnerable children with social / emotional and behavioural needs. Catherine holds a counselling qualification and also completed a year as a Trainee Riverbank Outreach Worker. She benefits from a valuable background in early years education, having worked both in a nursery and as a nanny. Catherine began as a Riverbank Mum herself and is passionate about supporting others.
